On Saturday 27th April 2024, I had the pleasure of supporting Yorkshire Air Ambulance by booking the hospitality package held in the Royal Box at Doncaster Racecourse, which included a secluded balcony for optimal race viewing. This exciting event is the highlight in the charity’s month-long ‘Yellow Yorkshire’ awareness campaign, which is in its tenth year, aiming to raise crucial funds for the life-saving services it provides.

On Friday 23rd February 2024, the lovely Diane Hall from Evolve3 visited my office to carry out AI training. I found the session extremely insightful and interesting, particularly the evaluate and score function. This will be a useful tool in obtaining independent assessments/reviews for my Clients and to continually improve and challenge content.

Not only did I gain new knowledge, but a portion of the fees I paid goes towards providing free workshops for small charities. Evolve3's mission statement is:

In March I shall be attending BPC Barcelona 2024, which offers two action-packed days of in-person events dedicated to professional development, networking, and expert industry education for professionals in the bid, proposal, tender, capture, sales and business development fields.  

On Friday 8th December 2023, I attended the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Christmas Lunch at Wentbridge House Hotel.  There was a Christmas Market, live entertainment by Wakeylele Band and festive fun, all to raise funds for this life-saving charity.  

I am so pleased to announce that on the 1st November 2023, I moved into my new office on the Nostell Estate.  It is such a lovely environment to work in with access to parklands and free bike hire.  I have use of Meridian, which is a social hub, café and event & meeting space, so please do call in and see me.  It is also dog friendly, so canine visitors are very welcome.  I shall keep my News page updated on charity fundraising and networking events with other tenants.  Watch this space! 

In October 2023 I attended another brilliant APMP event in Birmingham. It included interactive sessions, informative presentations, networking opportunities, exhibition stands, inspirational Keynote Speakers and a fabulous Awards Dinner.

On the 15th September, I had the pleasure of supporting YAA by attending their fundraising event held in the Club 1776 Winning Post Marquee at Doncaster Racecourse.  It was a brilliant day with great people, sunshine, delicious food, drinks flowing, games and a silent auction.  The total raised was over £20,000 which is absolutely fantastic for such an amazing charity.  

What an amazing time I had at the APMP BPC in Orlando, Florida. Very insightful presentations, particularly about Artificial Intelligence. The networking evening was a great opportunity to meet new contacts and the Keynote Speakers/Plenary Sessions were fascinating to listen to. I have come away with new knowledge and friends. Looking forward to New Orleans next year!
