FAQ

What type of documents can you help with?
I am experienced in completing Capability Brochures, Supplier Questionnaires, Approved Lists, PAS91 Questionnaires, Standard Selection Questionnaires, Expressions of Interest, Prequalification Questionnaires, Request for Proposals, Sifting Briefs and ITTs (Quality Section).  However, I am not able to review/complete commercial documents and calculate pricing schedules.

Are you used to dealing with portals?
Yes.  I have experience of using most of the public sector tendering portals, e.g. ProContract, In-Tend etc

How much do you charge?
This is very much dependent on the requirements and complexity of each individual tender.  I can provide you with a free no obligation quote, which may be broken down in either an hourly or daily rate.

Do you offer a 'No Win, No Fee' service?
Unfortunately not.  I will work with you to create a strong proposal, however, there will always be variables beyond my direct control to guarantee a win, for example pricing structure, experience etc.

Will you come to our offices to work on a bid?
This is something I can discuss with you.  As a rule of thumb, I would propose a tender launch meeting is held as soon as possible, which I can either join you in person or by conference call, after that I will work remotely, as this keeps the costs down for my Clients.

What information do I need to provide?
It would be really helpful to provide me with copies of previous bids, case studies, accreditations, policies, brochures etc, so I can fully understand what your company offers.

How do we information share?
I am an experienced user of EasyPQQ, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Sharepoint and Huddle, so if you are happy to provide me with temporary access details, this will work well.  Otherwise, emails, Dropbox, WeTransfer and Google Drive work equally as well.

Do you have Data Protection certification?
Yes, I am registered with ICO as a Tier 1 company.

Are you BPSS cleared?
Yes, vetting was carried out in October 2023.

When should we get in touch about a bid we need help on?
As soon as possible.  Time goes very quickly, so we will need to maximise the time we have before the deadline date.
